We believe that every child has the right to feel safe, secure, valued, and respected. Our school provides a caring and supportive environment where children are encouraged to speak openly and where their voices are listened to.
We follow all statutory safeguarding guidance and work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure that children receive the support and protection they need. All staff receive regular safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities in identifying and responding to concerns about a child's welfare.
Our safeguarding procedures include:
- Safe recruitment practices for all staff and volunteers
- Clear procedures for reporting concerns
- Regular safeguarding and child protection training
- Online safety education for pupils
- Support for children's emotional health and wellbeing
Together, we can ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and able to thrive.
If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child, please contact the school's Designated Safeguarding Lead.
